iOS 5 Upgrade: Error 3200
If you’re unable to upgrade your iOS device to release 5 today with an “Internal Error” or “Unknown Error 3200” on restore it’s not personal and your device isn’t broke. This happens because Apple’s servers are slammed and they didn’t have the foresight to decode the error for their loyal users.
How hard would that have been, Apple?

Nope. I understand that a high-demand upgrade like this one is going to hammer the servers, but there’s no excuse for reporting an “unknown internal error” in the overload situation. It costs nothing to display the correct information.
