The Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee’s eleventh “State of the Net” conference is underway in DC today.  High Tech Forum Editor Richard Bennett is in attendance, and will be participating in a panel tomorrow called “The Strain of Online Videos: How Will Lawmakers & Regulators React?”
